Your Donation is Appreciated!The Johnson County Area Agency on Aging (AAA) Nutrition Program is pleased to offer a dining opportunity called CHAMPSS, a creative program for adults 60 or older and their spouses that offers dining seven days a week from 8 a.m. – 7 p.m. at participating Hy-Vee locations in Johnson County. Donations are welcome to aid in serving healthy meals to older adults. We suggest $5.00 per meal; however no one is denied service due to inability to donate. Thank You! |
