Choosing Healthy Appetizing Meal Plan Solutions for Seniors
The Johnson County Area Agency on Aging (AAA) Nutrition Program is pleased to offer a dining opportunity called
CHAMPSS, a creative program for adults 60 or older and their spouses
that offers dining seven days a week from 8 a.m. - 7
p.m. at several Hy-Vee stores in Johnson County.
Please note, all donations are non-refundable.
Johnson County Home Delivered Meals program
Provides nutritious meals to frail elderly homebound residents who are 60-years of age or older.
Catch-a-Ride
A volunteer transportation program for senior adults, people with a disability, and others who are not able to drive and do not have access to other means of transportation. Through Catch-a-Ride, volunteers transport residents in their own vehicles to essential appointments in Johnson County.
Donations are welcomed to aid in mileage reimbursement for our volunteer drivers.
